David Buelt, of Counsel with the firm, is an attorney with a broad range of experience. Dave's practice focuses on estate, trust and tax planning for individuals and families; corporate and business matters; charitable planning; and general counsel to long term clients. Dave has significant experience litigating business and general civil matters in courts, as well as before administrative agencies, including jury trials in federal and state courts.

Dave has received the highest rating of "AV" by the Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory.

While in law school, he was an Associate Editor for The Creighton Law Review and graduated magna cum laude. Upon graduation from Creighton Law School, he served as a law clerk for Justice Lawrence M. Clinton of the Nebraska Supreme Court, and then joined this firm.

Dave served on the Nebraska State Records Board and as a member of the Board of Directors of Minnesota Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company. He served as a longtime member of the Board of Directors of the Siena Francis House, and helped with numerous other civic betterment efforts.

David was Chair of the Nebraska Lawyers Assistance Program and was President of the Nebraska Lawyers Trust Account Foundation. He has been a member of the House of Delegates of the Nebraska Bar Association, and has served on numerous judicial nominating commissions.
