Lawrence K. Sheehan

Larry Sheehan has a diverse practice that includes estate planning, real estate law, business planning and litigation, taxation, health law and adoption law. He has represented bank trust departments in litigation; has provided advice on business and collection work for physician offices and has represented individuals and companies in many areas of law.

Larry is active in the Omaha community. He is presently a board member of the nonprofit Nebraska Infection Control Network and also a School Board Member for a local grade school. He was a board member of the Omaha Ronald McDonald House from 1994 - 1999 and was President in 1996. He was a board member and officer of an adoption agency from 1999 to 2008. He was a board member of a nonprofit organization that works to prevent eye diseases in young children from 2002-2009. He was the Treasurer of a local soccer club for seven years and he has coached youth sports for many years.

Larry has lectured to various groups on estate planning and health law. The Nebraska Lawyer published his article, "A Contaminated Property May Be Hazardous to an Attorney's Health."
