  We manage all aspects of residential, agriculature and commercial real estate sales and purchases, from negotiations to creating ownership entities through due diligence to closing and post-closing follow-through.


• Commercial Leasing
  We represent both landlords and tenants in the leasing of all types of commercial and residential properties. We regularly prepare, negotiate and review all types of office, retail and industrial leases, as well as antenna and cell phone tower license agreements and start-up construction agreements.


• Land Use and Development
  We research zoning laws and opine on allowed land and business uses.


• Real Estate Finance
  We assist with financing transactions, including commercial and residential construction and permanent loan financing, and construction and mechanics liens.
